Conception of the powder coating machine Machcoat® :


The powder coating machine is made up of several modules, each module having the aim of providing an essential function in the execution of coating or in following-up and appreciation of the result obtained.

It concerns:

  1. The Coating Function,
  2. The Drying and Polymerism Function,
  3. The Surface Preparation Function,
  4. The Operating Control Function,
  5. The Validation Function,
  6. The Storage and Transfer Function,

These functions, independent by nature one to each other, can be associated in whole or part in an operation coordinated with centralized driving. Thus, the machine's configuration could be adapted to the customer requirements or integrated in the manufacturing joinery’s process, in an existing coating workshop, or in a storeroom.

  • A design like machine tool, with a very large automation allowing to be operated by no specialists in powder coating,

  • An ergonomic approach of each position, so as only one person is require to control the whole machine including validation's functions,
  • The capability of coating aluminium and steel profiles, sheets and frames,
  • A working length of profiles up to 7,20 m with ability to coat smaller profiles according to customer’s needs,
  • A surface treatment unit without effluents, using an evaporator which recycles the rinsing baths of each treatment,
  • Closed storage barrels of active chemical liquids whose vapours are treated in the same time that the atmosphere of the treatment cell, through a gas washer which filters and purifies the air before being rejected outside.
